Lewis Barlow
Head of Profession – Decarbonisation, Sustainability Advisory, WSPLewis Barlow is Head of Profession for Decarbonisation within WSP's Sustainability Advisory team. He is a chartered civil engineer and Fellow of the Institution of Civil Engineers (CEng FICE), with further accreditations as a Chartered Environmentalist (CEnv), Chartered Water and Environmental Manager (CWEM) and Specialist in Land Condition (SiLC).
Lewis leads WSP's approach to carbon and climate strategy across major infrastructure programmes, working with clients including the Scottish Government, the Department for Infrastructure Northern Ireland and Sweden's Trafikverket on PAS 2080 implementation, whole-life carbon assessment and net zero pathways. His work spans transport, water and energy, helping clients turn net zero ambition into practical delivery at project, programme and system level. Lewis is an active contributor to the ICE Decarbonisation Forum and speaks regularly on embedding carbon management into infrastructure delivery.
