Experienced transportation asset management professional with experience in helping infrastructure owners improve the management of their assets. She has worked with a range of clients across the highways, transport and utilities sectors, supporting the development of asset management strategies, investment planning approaches, performance frameworks and business change programmes.

Juliana is led the update of the Well-Managed Highway Infrastructure Code of Practice on behalf of the UK Roads Leadership Group (UKRLG) and the Department for Transport. In this role, she has worked closely with practitioners from across the UK to develop the updated Code, associated implementation materials and digital platform. She is passionate about helping organisations translate asset management principles into practical actions that improve safety, resilience, sustainability and customer outcomes.
