Sector Manager – Energy Transition & Transport, Energy Skills Partnership

Rachel Tulloch is Sector Manager for Energy Transition & Transport at ESP (Energy Skills Partnership) a collaboration of Scotland’s colleges established in 2011 to provide the link between industry, government and its agencies whilst supporting colleges in the development and delivery of programmes to meet industry’s skills needs within Energy, Engineering, Construction, Emerging Technologies and STEM with a focus on the just transition to Net Zero.

Rachel’s experience in curriculum design and innovative short courses has led to the successful implementation of new curriculum and learning materials in advanced manufacture, hydrogen, wind and industrial automation during her time at ESP. 

Rachel leads on the design of several programmes aimed at energy transitioning and zero carbon transport within engineering sectors in alignment with the Climate Emergency Skills Action Plan.  She represents the college sector on key discussions with Scottish Government around zero emission transport and hydrogen skills as well as leading on several of ESP’s Training Networks.
