Tom Grahamslaw

Tom is an Associate Director within WSP’s Intelligent Infrastructure business and a Chartered Geographer. A recognised leader with extensive experience providing strategic and technical advice on digital transformation, decarbonising transport and network operations to clients including National Highways, Transport Scotland and Local Authorities.

Responsible for developing and advising on various national strategies and change programmes, Tom is highly experienced in leading and managing complex projects, including National Highways Digital Roads vision where he supported the client in developing an industry leading strategy for digital transformation of the strategic road network in the UK, becoming WSP’s Project of the Year in 2021.
