Susan Leadbetter is an Associate at WSP with 10 years of experience in public and private sector transport schemes. She leads the Gender Inclusion Workstream within Communities and Mobility, focusing on creating safer, more inclusive spaces within the built environment. Susan specialises in advancing gender equity in transportation, including safety and accessibility. She provides training and has led numerous research and design initiatives addressing diverse end-user needs.
