With twenty years’ experience in transport, innovation, foresight and policy, he distils complex issues into clear, actionable direction that enables industry to accelerate Scotland’s transport decarbonisation.

His work spans emerging energy reforms, consumer insights and the evolving EV market, helping shape the strategic direction of Scotland’s future road transport system.
