Technical Lead, Kier Design, Environment and Sustainability

Greig is an environmental professional who started working on transportation projects in the mid-1990s, during the upgrade of the M74. Initially working on the A74(M) Cleuchbrae - Dinwoodie Green section before later working on the M6 DBFO Major Project that completed the M74 upgrade.

He is now Technical Lead within Kier Design covering all Environmental and Sustainability work, having worked on numerous transportation projects, both major projects and maintenance contracts across Britain and is currently the Kier Lead for carbon on the A66 Northern Trans Pennine project, the largest infrastructure project in the North of England, focusing on both construction carbon emissions and the Whole Life Carbon Assessment of the project.
