Brendan is a career government procurement officer since  joining Uk Government in 1989. Brendan has been part of the Scottish Government’s (SG) Collaborative Construction Team since its inception in 2019.

In collaboration with Industry and with Public Sector Bodies the ‘Team’ have awarded the first iteration of a Civil Engineering (Scotland) Frameworks to 8 suppliers for projects from £5M to £100M and have established an accompanying Dynamic Purchasing System for Civils projects up to £5M.
