Leigh has over 30 year's experience working in highway maintenance, 20 of which have been spent contracting highway maintenance operations, with the remaining ten spen in highway product sales and development.

He is currently responsible for the management of the North and Scotland sales territories for WJ Group's Retexturing Division.
