Katharine Kelly

Katharine Kelly is the current president of the Institute of Highway Engineers and an Associate Technical Director at Arcadis. She’s based in Glasgow where she is part of Arcadis’ Highways team, working on a mix of projects for public sector clients. Her role on the SCAPE Infrastructure Consultancy Framework allows her to collaborate on projects that make a difference to the community. 

As a chartered engineer with 20 years’ experience, Katharine promotes development opportunities and supports colleagues on their journey towards professional recognition and registration. As a licenced reviewer with the Engineering Council she awards CEng, IEng and EngTech status via the IHE’s Professional Review process.
