Carlyn Fraser
Citywide Road Coordination Manager, City of Edinburgh CouncilCarlyn Fraser is the citywide road coordination manager for the City of Edinburgh Council and has worked in local government for 32 years. She began working on road safety, active travel and behavioural change projects 20 years ago and has since led Road Safety teams in both rural and city councils.
Carlyn’s main focus during her time as a Road Safety lead has been design and delivery of local infrastructure projects aimed at improving community links and implementation of urban 20mph and rural speed management projects.
