Gary Donaldson

Interim Climate Change Manager, Transport Scotland

Gary is interim Climate Change Manager at Transport Scotland with a remit which includes overseeing corporate climate change mitigation, climate change adaptation and environmental noise.

He has previously held other roles within Transport Scotland, including working on the air quality agenda and low emission zones. Gary has experience in renewable heating from his time in Ofgem and also worked in the third sector providing sustainability advice in projects including energy, water and transport.

Gary has a Master’s degree in Sustainability & Environmental Studies from the University of Strathclyde, is a Chartered Environmentalist and Full member of the Institute of Environmental Sciences.
