Andy Graham is principal of White Willow Consulting, which he set up in 2005 specialising in connecting vehicles and infrastructure.

Andy has worked widely with highway authorities globally on services such as driver information, smart parking, fleet management, connected traffic lights and eCall. He worked on the Scottish NADICS  and FEDCIS systems with AECOM in the 1990s and helped start the STREETWISE project for all UK and Irish roads.

Andy is a leading contributor to the Transport Technology Forum’s Connected Vehicle Group, and previously Chair of the ITS UK Connected Vehicles Forum. He now specialises in new in vehicle systems and services

He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institution of Highways and Transportation, a Fellow of the Institution of Engineering and Technology, and a Trustee of the Rees Jeffreys Road Fund
