Steven has over 33 years’ experience in road safety engineering. Throughout his career in both local authority and private consultancy he has been responsible for developing road safety engineering, AIP, and traffic management schemes on local and national routes. In addition, he has also managed and delivered on numerous road safety audits, safety studies, GG104 Strategic Risk Assessments, vehicle conflict studies, and accident analysis investigation reports with input into projects such as: Smart Motorways; National Strategic Safety Planning; Safety Frameworks, and area wide, corridor, and link route schemes.
