Tommy Deans

Tommy has 35 years’ experience in road maintenance and management. He spent 14 years working for local authorities - Tayside Regional Council and Perth and Kinross Council and has worked with BEAR Scotland for 21 years. While at BEAR Scotland he has undertaken senior roles in operations, winter maintenance, planned maintenance, design and network management within the NE, NW, SE and M80 DBFO trunk road contracts. He is currently undertaking his second stint as Network Manager in the SE Unit.
