Vincent McInally

Air Quality Manager, Transport Scotland

Graduated from the University of Strathclyde with a BSc Hons in Environmental Health in 1991.

Was employed by Glasgow City Council for over 20 years in all aspects of Environmental Health work including food safety, contaminated land and public health, but latterly specialising in air quality.

Moved to Transport Scotland in 2019 to take on role as Environment and Air Quality Manager to oversee the introduction of Scotland’s LEZs and the various associated supportive works, including multimillion pound investment through LEZ Support Grants and the Bus Emissions and Retrofit Abatement Scheme.
