Luke is the Sector Lead for Bridges and Structures at Spencer Group, and was the Project Director and Design Coordinator for Spencer’s, the specialist contractor who provided the under-deck gantry on the Kessock Bridge. Luke is a mechanical engineer and is responsible for leading the bridges team at Spencer Group, who specialise in refurbishment works on heritage and long span major bridges across the UK. Luke was involved in the Kessock Bridge gantry project from detailed design to handover, coordinating the design and on-site engineering teams and liaising with BEAR Scotland as the client.
