Stephen  Raggett-Batchen

With 13 years’ experience in the civil engineering sector, including on three of the four Trunk Road network units in Scotland, Stephen has overseen the delivery of inspections, including condition surveys, of a variety of transport infrastructure. He has worked closely with clients and contractors on the management and maintenance of aging assets, as well as developing packages of remedial works to ensure longevity of these structures.
