Modular steel bridge from Acrow restores connectivity in Northern Italy - Ponte Lenzino, Trebbia

One of the spans of the Ponte Lenzino bridge in Trebbia, Northern Italy, collapsed due to heavy flooding. Traffic was forced to take a 15 km detour through mountainous roads. The Italian Road Authority (ANAS) worked in partnership with contractor Pesaresi Giuseppe S.p.A. to restore connectivity in the region as quickly as possible. The installation of the Acrow 700XS® bridge has rapidly restored critical connectivity and will provide a safe, reliable crossing during the multi-year reconstruction of the damaged bridge.
