Products
Portable Traffic Lights (ft. SRL Solar PLUS)
A range of versatile portable traffic and pedestrian signals, typically for short-term use. Temporary traffic lights are also available for long-term hire. SRL offers solar powered solutions as well as intelligent adaptive systems to reduce traffic queues.
Variable Message Signs (VMS)
SRL offer a range of full-colour, mobile, variable message signs (VMS) available in different sizes. These are perfect for outdoor events and festivals, and any highways/motorways schemes. SRL's VMS are Swarco engineered, featuring the highest resolution in the UK and Ireland. They also benefit from matrix display, individual lenses and full-colour LED technology. SRL's VMS exceeds all relevant highways requirements.
Portable UTMC
SRL's temporary UTMC (Urban Traffic Management and Control) keeps traffic flowing through short-term works by allowing local authorities to remotely control systems from the In-Station. Using UTMC traffic flow is improved and vehicle idling is reduced making it a fantastic solution for sustainable traffic management.
Urban64
SRL's Urban64® intelligent traffic and pedestrian system, is the first, and only, standalone temporary traffic light solution capable of replicating all permanent technology, enabling site bespoke layouts for the safe flow of vehicles, cyclists and pedestrian traffic during construction phases. It is the only intelligent temporary system to use MOVA specifically designed to maximise the operational efficiency of a junction.
Urban64® can be cost-effective for works of varying durations but is typically used in more complex road layouts for works lasting weeks or months at a time.
Haul Route PLUS
Perfect for major schemes and projects, haul route crossings allow heavy plant to move safely and efficiently across public highways and bridleways. SRL's patented Haul Route PLUS® is an automated barrier control system which gives full control of road/access closure and removes the need to have a worker operating the crossing point.
